    RE: JuiceBox
Thinking about buying this but I note it uses svg files for the buttons. I’ve had problems with these on the host (Fasthosts) I use as they don’t allow them. Have you had other users with this issue, is there an option to change from svg?

      Hi Steve,
Currently there’s no option for switching out the buttons, it’s strange to hear that your server provider doesn’t support it by default – most do. However you should be able to just call Fasthosts or any other hosting provider and have them enable support for svg for you.

If they aren’t willing to or can’t for whatever reason, then I’d personally change my hosting plan but you can do it yourself too. One way to do it is to go to your server’s root directory and find the .htaccess file (this can be done using fasthosts built in file manager, or using any ftp client). Then insert these two lines in the beginning of the .htaccess file:
      AddType image/svg+xml svg svgz
      AddEncoding gzip svgz

However, if there isn’t an .htaccess file, you would just create one and add those two lines. To create that file, you just make a text file in any kind of text editor and name the file ‘.htaccess’ with no other suffixes. Then upload it to your root directory on your server.

But like I said, you should be able to just call them and ask them to do it for you.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with :)
