This stack makes it easy to add high quality backgrounds to your website designs. Just drop in the stack, add shapes & images, then arrange & resize your elements to create stand-out sections. With a few simple clicks you can change the size, position or opacity of all or portions of your chosen layer elements.

Auto-Generated Shapes

Backdrop includes a built-in tool that can generate randomized blob & wave shapes. Click the button below to generate a new randomized wave.

Split/Mixed Backgrounds

Use shape layers to create split background designs. Every layer can be sized & positioned individually. Any content added can also be aligned accordingly.

Extended Layers

Create up to 6 layers with any mixture of images, colors, & gradients. Layers can extend left or right to the edge of the browser window.

Responsive Control

Backdrop allows you to define responsive breakpoints to customize the appearance of the background by device size. Show or hide layers when necessary & adjust opacity to keep text readable.

Image Effects

Use the built-in transparency blending feature to create background images that blend with your website colors. You can also optionally blur & feather layers to create watermarked images.

Unique Designs

Apply a variety of effects such as blurring, mirroring, feathering & more to customize your layer elements. Add color, color gradients, & images to make them totally unique.
