Comical Morpheus Meme about RapidWeaver Advanced Search

RapidWeaver Advanced Search

We’ve had a lot of customers ask of if something like this existed and after so many times we finally said decided to make it ourselves.

RapidWeaver Advanced Search (RAS) is designed for a single reason – to help RapidWeaver customers find the addon(s) they are looking for.

RAS does this by first adding an advanced search engine with addon type, category, and developer sorting filters. After that we allow for filtering based on pricing minimum and maximums as well as ordering filters, such as the highest ranked to display ahead of lower ranked items. Finally, we allow registered users to leave comments and reviews on the addons they own.

We have no current or future intent on monetizing the website or charging users or developers. The website is purely a resource to add to the RapidWeaver market and facilitate a positive experience for customers. Further, we have no biased influence on the website in respect that all users and developers merely wish for a resource to assist them in their purchasing decisions.

We hope this serves the community well as a tool to find great RapidWeaver themes, plugins and stacks.

Check it out at RapidWeaver Advanced Search.

RapidWeaver 5 eBook Released

The Visual Guide to Learning RapidWeaver

RapidWeaver 5 Manual (eBook)

This book is designed for beginners, though as it progresses we will address some intermediate to advanced topics. An existing understanding of website, HTML and CSS may enhance your experience, but it is in no way needed when covering the topics. RapidWeaver as a software program is specifically designed to cater to individuals seeking to create websites without any understanding of website coding and RapidWeaver does a fantastic job at it.

Both the PDF & Kindle version are rich with links that help you navigate easily through the book. The Table of Contents links correctly to all chapters, sections and sub-sections. In addition, various section will make references to topics covered in other sections of the book, which will always contain a visible link you can click on to travel to that section. Further, underlined terms can be referenced in the Glossary sections for more details or for quick use. Terms in quotation marks are referring to items being discussed in RapidWeaver that are visible on the screen in the section being discussed.

The structure of the tutorials is meant to be a very visual experience and screenshots are provided as often as possible. The tutorial structure travels step-by-step in sections and the chapters are designed to follow the workflow that I personally use when creating website’s for both myself and for clients.

The Kindle version works both on the Kindle and Kindle Fire. Additionally, if you purchase the Kindle app then you can view this version on the iPad and iPhone. There are also PDF apps available for the iPad and iPhone, which will allow you use of the PDF version.

Available for direct download, on Amazon, and Smashwords.

cleanTabs Video Tutorial Added & More to Come!

We launched our first video tutorial today for the RapidWeaver Stack cleanTabs.

The video covers all the setup, basic use, and customization options for the theme.

There are more to come! I personally plan on building several over the next few weeks for various RapidWeaver themes and stacks. Afterwards I will likely make video tutorials also for our general support topics.

Remember to let us know if there are any topics you would like added to our General Tutorials section.

Custom Web Design

We have been offering custom web design for quite sometime now, though most commonly to local businesses primarily in Sacramento, California, though also in Los Angeles and Nashville, Tennessee.

After an increase of requests we decided that we would offer this feature more publicly on our website. This blog is simply to announce that and provide brief detail of the custom web design service.

If you are interested in custom web design we offer it now internationally provided that you supply us with a list of the pages and page content (i.e. textual information, pictures, videos, etc.). All designs have full access to our growing library of themes and stacks, though only a copy of the theme is supplied at the end.

Customers can choose to Host with us if they like and we also offer Webmaster Support for customers who would like us to handle future edits to the website.

For more information please check out our Custom Web Design page.
